For over 30 years, I built my career in the trenches—leading sales teams, managing operations, and running businesses from the ground up. I’ve been a top-performing salesman, a VP of Sales, a General Manager, and a business owner. I’ve experienced the wins, the weight, and the wear of leadership firsthand.

But it wasn’t until a few years ago—when I was asked to speak to a group of entrepreneurs about mindset and leadership—that I discovered my real calling. What started as a talk turned into a turning point. I saw the same struggle in the room that I had once lived through myself: high-potential leaders feeling overwhelmed, under-resourced, and unclear on how to bring out the best in their people.

That moment lit a fire in me.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to helping business owners and team leaders unlock the power of

intentional leadership. I became a Certified Master Life Coach and earned multiple specialty certifications in Purpose, Happiness, Goal Success, and Abundance Coaching. I also joined the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team so I could bring world-class leadership principles to everyday professionals.

A Legacy of Leadership at Home

My greatest leadership role is still in my own home. I’ve been married to my incredible wife Candice since 1994—she’s a successful entrepreneur in her own right, running a thriving online boutique. Our daughter Katie is a dynamic force, running a digital marketing and coaching agency. Our son Kyle is forging his own path with passion and purpose. Leadership runs in our family—not just in business, but in how we show up every day.
